If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Breakfast is served until midday on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

By Car:
From the M6 (north or south):
- Exit the M6 at junction 6
- Take the A38 Aston road.
- Follow signs for the M5 West and A456 Kidderminster.
- Continue to the roundabout (Paradise Circus).
- Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Broad Street.
- The Novotel is halfway up on the right-hand side, opposite the Travelodge.
The car park is located underneath the hotel, it is limited therefore we do not book or guarantee spaces - first come, first served.
